THE DEPARTMENT ALSO MANAGES A RECOVERY FUND TO COMPENSATE BORROWERS FOR CERTAIN OUT-OF-POCKET DAMAGES CAUSED BY LICENSED RESIDENTIAL MORTGAGE LOAN ORIGINATORS. TO APPLY FOR REIMBURSEMENT FROM THE RECOVERY FUND, YOU MUST FILE A
